Originální abstrakt

Results of investigation on lignite activity in model radical reactions (decomposition of peroxides) and UV/VIS irradiation on lignite radical activity are presented. Natural lignite showed activity in the model. Its radical contents is not sensitive to UV/VIS irradiation. The lignite can be potentially used as an accelerator of radical decomposition processes, e.g. of various pollutants or as a protector of polymeric materials against UV light attack.
