Originální abstrakt

The main object of this work was the determination of nitrates concentration in waters using arbitrary spectrophotometric method and mobile analytics. This methods were mutually compared. The spectrophotometric method with salicylic acid was used as arbitrary method, while colorimetric screening tests and cuvette tests with photometric detection were used as mobile analytics. The evaluation of the methods was done using the Snedecors and Cochrans test, parametric Students t-test and the graphic Youdens metod. The all procedures proved that the mobile analytics is very suitable method, as it gives not only the proper results in the comparison with the arbitrary method, but it is also a time saving, very quick method usable also in the field.
