Originální abstrakt

The main aim of this paper is to utilize laser induced breakdown spectroscopy and high performance liquid chromatography with electrochemical detection for monitoring of the metal accumulation with high spatial resolution and to determine thiols content in plants tissues of sunflower treated with lead(II) ions (0, 100, 250 and 500 uM), respectively. Moreover we employed UV-VIS spectrometry to determine content of chlorophyll.
