Originální abstrakt

Biodegradation of symetric 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene (TNT) is wide investigated. Nevertheless, the isomeric trinitrotoluenes (2,3,4- and 2,4,5-) which are presented in older TNT explosives, were much modest studied. Two isomers of partial reduction of asymmetric trinitrotoluenes (3-methyl-6-nitrobenzene-1,2-diamine and 4-methyl-2-nitrobenzene-1,3-diamine) were notprepared as yet. This paper deals with synthesis of these compounds which are not accessible by direct nitration of the corresponding bis(acetylamino) toluenes.
