Originální abstrakt

This study was focused on development of procedure of fractionation for soil and roadside dust extracts on silica gel open chromatographic column, capable to fractionate polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons from their derivatives, especially nitrated derivatives. Different elution volumes of hexane and elution mixtures of hexane with dichloromethane were investigated. With increasing volume of hexane for elution was not achieved full separation of slightly polar fraction from aromatic fraction. Increasing content of hexane in elution mixture improved separation of group of target compounds. Extraction of samples was carried out using pressurised solvent extractor with dichloromethane as an extraction solvent.
