Methods for evaluation of latent hydraulic activity of secondary raw materials from chemical, metalurgical industry and power plants. Research serves for incorporation of fly ashes, slags and other by products as cement admixtures. Results of experiments manifested processes which play deciding role in start of hydration of cement, lowering of lime content consumpted for activation.
