Originální abstrakt

Using EPR spectroscopy benzyl radicals were proved by the PbO2 oxidation of some para-methyl substituted phenols by spin trapping technique. Primary adducts with nitrosobenzene undrego the consecutive rearrangement to new types of phenoxyl radicals.
