In this study, glycoproteins of barley malt were investigated. Glycosylated proteins were first separated from non-glycosylated proteins using a new HPLC monolithic ConA affinity column (Dionex), then separated on SDS-PAGE, digested and identified using MALDI-TOF/TOF mass spectrometer.
