In this contribution will be presented a special method for characterization and evaluation of one variable function. This method is based on the fractal geometry, which is relatively new branch of mathematics. This branch gives us a great resource for characterization of physical, chemical and productive processes. The solution of this problem was confided to program Matlab, which is very suitable for technical calculation.
