This study monitors presence of sulfonamide antibiotics, in two rivers in the Czech Republic. Presence of selected antibiotics was monitored in Svratka and Svitava rivers in Moravia region in the Czech Republic. Samples were collected along the whole river streams in March 2011. Optimized solid phase extraction method (SPE) was used for extraction and preconcentration of analytes. HPLC-MS was used for final analysis.
