Lactic acid bacteria play an important role in the food industry because they significantly contribute to the flavour, texture, and the nutritional value of food products. The aim of this work was to isolate PCR-ready DNA from probiotic dairy products. Carboxyl coated nonporous poly(2-hydroxyethylmethacrylate-co-glycidyl methacrylate) (P(HEMA-co-GMA)) magnetic particles and silicagel coated manganase Peroskvite (La0.75Sr0.25MnO3) nanoparticles were used for this purpose.
