Originální abstrakt
Cellulase from Trichoderma reesei was irreversibly adsorbed on polyethylene terephthalate in a 0.1 M acetate buffer solution of pH 4,8. Immobilization of the enzyme resulted in lowering of its activity, the measure of which depended on the amount of the enzyme fixed on the carrier. The highest relative activity had the preparation containing 0.04 ml of the enzyme per 1 g of the carrier. The pH optimum, temperature optimum, thermal stability and pH stability of the immobilized preparation were determined.
