An aggregation behaviour of cationic liposomes of DPTAP (dipalmitoyl-trimethylammonium-propane) in the presence of hyaluronic acid (HyA) of different molecular weight was studied. All experiments were realized by using fluorescence spectroscopy method with pyrene as a fluorescence probe.
