Kapitola, resp. kapitoly v odborné knize

Originální abstrakt

This work is focused on the review of our recent results about production of enriched biomass by red yeasts. In this work possible applications of whole-cell yeast biomass to production of carotenoids, ergosterol, unsaturated fatty acids, lipids and other lipid-soluble substances is discussed.
